Absolutely, we have all necessary steps to ensure the safety of your gow. From the time UPS has the gown, your gown is tracked and insured. Once your gown reaches our warehouse, it is entered in our system and you are able to track it through our GownTracker. Once the wedding gown is shipped back to you, it is insured and requires a signature. We have never lost a gown!

We have multiple sizes in preservation boxes. Thanks to our 100 year experience, we are able to store your gown in the appropriate size box.

The 100 year warranty protects your gown against future yellowing for 100 years. In the rare cases, your gown yellows simply call the Wedding Gown Preservation Company will reclean and preserve your gown. There is no additional charge.

Absolutely, simply give us a call with your serial number We will deactivate the kit and issue you a 100% refund. It is that simple.

All kits come with a certain amount of insurance. Traditional Kit includes$2,000 and Celebrity Kit includes$3,000.You can add additional insurance at the time of purchase or when you receive your kit you'll find paperwork inside that will allow you to add any extra amount of insurance. Extra insurance is $50.00 for each $1000 of extra insurance you'd like to add.

Ideally, you order your kit when you order your wedding dress. This allows you to pack it up as soon as you take it off. Our kits never expire, so you can get it in the mail at your earliest convenience. However, we have restored and preserved gowns well over 100 years old as well!

If your gown has a difficult stain, a three step deep cleaning process will be used to treat and remove the stain. In the rare event if the stain cannot be removed, we will communicate that to you. This is very rare as 99.9% of stains are able to be removed with our advance cleaning process. Am I able to take my dress out of the box? Please do not take the dress completely out of the Preservation Kit. This will void our 100 year warranty on the gown. If you’d like to inspect your gown, please use the provided gloves and open the kit to inspect the gown and wedding accessories. We do provide the necessary equipment to reseal the box once you are ready to seal it.

Your dress is taken to each station to ensure it is treated by an expert in each method. This provides you with a perfectly clean and preserved wedding gown.
