Your gown is now preserved and ready to be treasured for years to come. If you have any questions about delivery or storage, our team is always here to help guide you.
How Your Preserved Wedding Gown Makes Its Way Back to You
Once your preservation is complete, your gown begins its journey home, carefully secured inside its preservation chest and prepared for safe delivery. Every step of the return process is designed to protect your gown and give you complete peace of mind from shipment to arrival.

Protected Inside a Container
Your preserved gown is placed inside a durable, water-resistant shipping container similar to the one used when sending it to us. This ensures the gown remains fully protected throughout its journey back to your home.

Shipping Tracking and Updates
Once your gown ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and delivery details. Most gowns arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment, allowing you to follow their journey every step of the way.

Secure Delivery
To ensure your gown reaches you securely, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you are unavailable, you may request the carrier hold the package for collection at a nearby location. For security reasons, packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.

Begin with a Gentle Hem Inspection
When a dress gets delivered to you, a pair of white gloves is included to help protect the delicate fabric during inspection. Carefully open the bottom of the preservation chest and examine the hem to confirm that cleaning and repairs meet your expectations.

View the Remaining DetailsÂ
The rest of your gown can be viewed through the display window without opening the chest. Take a moment to observe the bodice, train, and accessories to ensure everything appears pristine and properly arranged. If you notice any concerns, please notify us within 15 days of delivery.

Reseal the Preservation Chest
After inspection, reseal the chest using the included sealing squares. Please note that removing the gown completely from the preservation chest will void the 100-year warranty.

Choose a Cool and Dry Storage Space
Store your gown in a cool, dry area away from attics, basements, and areas prone to humidity or temperature swings. A simple guideline is to store it somewhere you would feel comfortable spending time yourself.
Frequently asked questions
When, after preservation, my wedding gown is delivered, is a signature necessary?
Yes! We need a signature for your wedding dress delivery, but if you won't be home, you can ask UPS to keep it at their place for you to pick up. UPS tries to deliver three times before doing that. You can also choose when UPS delivers when you send it.
Do you ship a gown/dress to the PO box?
Unfortunately, we can't send the kit to PO Boxes or APO addresses because of its size and specific requirements.
Can you clean and preserve a gown damaged by mold or flood?
Yes! We've fixed up dresses that got messed up in all those scenarios and even other crazy mishaps. Just give us a ring beforehand and spill all the beans about what happened to your gown.
