How can I pay for your wedding gown preservation services?
We let you pay through Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.
What is the process of sending my dress after ordering the kit?
You've got some room to send in your dress after ordering your Kit—no rush there! But we suggest getting it to us within 2 weeks of your big day.
Can I change the address of my wedding gown delivery after preservation?
Yes! When you're checking out on our website, you can add the address for where you want your kit sent and where you want us to send back your spick-and-span wedding dress.
What is included in your return policy?
Once your Kit's in your hands, you've got a solid 90 days to decide if it's a keeper or not. Just give your order number, we'll sort things out on our end, and feel free to recycle the shipping box and toss out the rest.
Can I have a Personalization Upgrade to my kit after ordering it?
Absolutely! Inside your kit, you'll find some paperwork that lets you have a Personalized Kit. You can settle the bill either in with the paperwork or throught online payment.
Can I request additional insurance later?
Yes. Your Kit will include paperwork that will allow you to add declared insurance.
When can I expect my wedding dress back after I order the kit and get the dress preserved?
Normally, in our regular season, it usually takes about 6-8 weeks for your gown to go through the works and make its way back to you. But when wedding season's in full swing (July to October), give us an extra 1-2 weeks.
