This will ensure that your kit arrives on time for you to send your dress to us the day after your wedding. The fabric of your wedding dress is delicate.

Sending us your dress as quickly as possible will ensure that any stains or spills from your big day won't have the chance to set-in. If you forgot to order your preservation kit ahead of time, don't worry! Complete your wedding dress preservation kit by adding the date of your wedding alongside you and your partner's name. This regal finish will be written in an elegant, sans serif font and placed on a glossy white background on the display box.

Photo, Name & Date

When it comes to remembering your wedding day, you deserve only the best. Add a photo, name, and date to your preservation box to immortalize the love and memories that your dress carries with it. The text will be displayed in either white or black lettering with the opposite border depending on what looks best atop your photo.

Additional Insurance

We know how important your wedding dress is. This is why all of our kits include a minimum of $500 insurance. In the event that your dress needs to be insured beyond $2,000, you can add additional insurance during the order process

You've selected your kit, added your personalization, and hit "Order." Here's what's going to happen next:

A receipt will be sent to your email
We will assign you an order number so you can follow the preservation progress using our GownTracker™ system
You will receive a waterproof, crush-proof shipping box complete with return labels within 5-7 business days of submitting your order.

After that, all you'll have to do is put your dress in the mail and wait for its return. It's really that simple.

What is the process of sending my dress after ordering the kit?

You've got some room to send in your dress after ordering your Kit—no rush there! But we suggest getting it to us within 2 weeks of your big day.

Can I change the address of my wedding gown delivery after preservation?

Yes! When you're checking out on our website, you can add the address for where you want your kit sent and where you want us to send back your spick-and-span wedding dress.

What is included in your return policy?

Once your Kit's in your hands, you've got a solid 90 days to decide if it's a keeper or not. Just give your order number, we'll sort things out on our end, and feel free to recycle the shipping box and toss out the rest.

Can I have a Personalization Upgrade to my kit after ordering it?

Absolutely! Inside your kit, you'll find some paperwork that lets you have a Personalized Kit. You can settle the bill either in with the paperwork or throught online payment.

Can I request additional insurance later?

Yes. Your Kit will include paperwork that will allow you to add declared insurance.

When can I expect my wedding dress back after I order the kit and get the dress preserved?

Normally, in our regular season, it usually takes about 6-8 weeks for your gown to go through the works and make its way back to you. But when wedding season's in full swing (July to October), give us an extra 1-2 weeks.
