I was a little hesitant to send my daughter in laws dress away but the reviews were positive so I went for it as there was no such local service. I was kept updated regarding the arrival of the dress at your facility and the progress and it was returned beautifully cleaned and presented in very little time. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to preserve their beautiful gown!

Did an internet search and after reading other site reviews decided to try this company. It was so easy to send the dress to them (they send you everything you need). Received the dress back as promised and it is beautifully done. The company kept me informed of every step in the process. The return packaging was so protective. I really feel they appreciate how important this is to a bride. I might have teared up a bit when I saw it in the box. It brought back so many memories of a beautiful day. My granddaughter’s beautiful wedding dress was a disaster after her outdoor New Year’s Eve wedding. 12” of the hem was muddy and the chocolate grooms cake was dumped on her about the front waistline! I thought it might be impossible to restore but gave it a shot anyway. Amazingly the dress came back beautifully preserved and white again! They must be magic! Many thanks to these professionals.
