After examining, cleaning, and repairing your wedding gown through our STEMK4 system, it will be placed in a preservation box to keep it safe from dust and any other dirt. It is a well-packed box with a viewing window that allows you to see the gown while keeping it protected from dust.
Generally, we follow the guidelines set by the International Fabricare Institute on handling fabrics that is why we use acid-free tissue paper and high-quality acid-neutral materials for our preservation box. With this, we can assure our clients that their wedding dress will be delivered safely.

We do not just do wedding dress preservation and repairs but we also make sure that your gown is safe from the moment we receive it until it is delivered back to you. To assure this, our Wedding Gown Preservation Kit provides a unique tie-down system that keeps your gown secure inside the kit.
Before placing it inside the preservation box, we press it lightly to make sure it does not have any folds and wrinkles on it. Aside from wedding gowns, we also do repairs on wedding accessories and make sure to handle it with care.
Please do include it when you pack and ship your gown to us. Indicate the details where you want it to be attached so that our seamstress can properly repair it according to your wishes.

All accessories will be placed at the bottom of the box unless requested otherwise.
Yes, definitely! We can preserve 5 accessories for free. If you wish to have more, we will charge
$10 per additional item. Moreover, if you wish to preserve other items such as shoes, silk boutique, or a slip, then you will have to pay an extra $25 for each item.
You can also place a special request to put your accessories in a separate box. If you wish to do this, please include a check when you ship your gown to us together with the other items you want to be preserved.
