Do I get to choose the font & text color?
Currently, we only offer black with the font shown in the sample photos, as it looks best against the embossed white display box.
Do photos have to be in color?
Yes, you can. However, you must deliver it in the color format that you wish to have printed. We do not convert image coloring.
Do I receive a preview of the personalized photo before my kit is shipped back?
We do not offer previews for images. However, if you have specific cropping instructions, please include them in the personalization form provided.
What file size should my photo be?
File sizes should be at least 540 X 360 pixels. Larger the file size, better printing quality.
What file format should my photo be in?
Photos should be in JPEG format.
Can I upload any pictures?
Yes, you can print any picture that you like.
What kind of message can I include in personalized text?
We only print names and wedding dates. We will also print that text, which includes an ampersand (&).
Is there a maximum character limit?
A maximum of 18 characters can be printed.
